The house had good amount of rooms and bathrooms for a larger group of people. The kitchen and dining room table were nice. There were renovations in a few different spots of the house that have not been completed such as exposed drywall, exposed air ducts, etc. there were also some soft spots in the floor that did not feel structurally sound. Another tip we would give is to restyle and update the furniture in the living room. For the amount of guests, there was not nearly enough seating. We enjoyed how close the house was to the Hard Rock Casino and the hosts were very friendly and responded quickly.

The property was very clean & represented well by the photos. The stove, microwave, washer dryer are new & work well. There is TV in pretty much every room. Towels & sheets were well laundered & the beds comfortable. Unfortunately the photos did not tell the whole story. There is bare plasterboard showing from unfinished repairs to ceilings. This is evidently from roof leaks as there was a storm during our stay which resulted in a new leak. Many of the doors to cupboards & rooms are loose or completely detached. There is no cleaning equipment available to guests, even basics such as a dustpan or sweeping brushes. The dishwasher is broken & floods the kitchen. The kitchen had basic utensils but lacked simple things like a corkscrew or tin opener. You'll find some there now as we supplied. Comms with the hosting company were difficult. Even though we were nominated guests the company wouldn't talk to us until we went through a tortuous process, after an hour of calls did we get the house

The house is great for a large group. The beds are very comfortable, the linens are clean and the rooms are a good size. There were notable cosmetic/structural issues that didn't affect our stay but do need to be addressed by the rental company, all of which were relayed to them. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay at the house while there.

The main point that attracted us to the property was the spaciousness, with plenty of amenities and more than enough room for our family of five (not including our furry little friend). Given that our itinerary consisted of a lot of sightseeing, I would say the house is centrally located in the city. However after checking in, we did notice some structural issues which took away from the aesthetic of the house and that a couple of bedrooms had very weak wifi. However, the hosts have since been made aware of the issue. One last note is that an infrequent amount of traffic uses the nearby road during the night, so light sleepers should sleep in the central parts of the home. Having said all that, the listing administrator is very responsive to questions and concerns. They aided us a lot during the check-in, and the check out procedure was simple to follow. I would highly recommend anyone with larger families/groups to stay here if you’re visiting this area of South Florida.
