Tracey was a super host. She was easy to communicate with and her place was clean & spacious. My daughter stayed here for a month and thought the place was perfect for her.

Can't recommend enough! Tracey is a great host, and the home is beautiful and spacious! Perfect for a longer stay, UofG students, etc. Location is a great neighbourhood, with a short walk to grocery store and other amenities downtown. There's a bus stop nearby, and Guelph Central and connections throughout the city and region are only 15 min walk away. A great local brewery just 5 min walk. Thanks so much Tracey!

My son stayed at Tracey's location for 8 months while completing a coop work term for university. It was a fabulous, comfortable, welcoming basement apartment, walkable to groceries, transit and his work location. The apartment was excellent and fit his needs with a great kitchen, laundry facilities, comfortable bedroom. It was very clean and updated. My husband and myself felt extremely comfortable with our son there and would highly recommend stating there. Thank you Tracey for a great stay!

This apartment is very convenient to downtown Guelph. It is very well equipped and large for 2 people. The apartment has been refurbished and is very comfortable. It is a basement apartment but has several windows that allow natural light. The owner lives in the upstairs home.
