Bring your dogs too as we know from experience that they are part of the family. 🐕 Settled between Whitby and RobinHood’s Bay with easy access to the cinder track for those walkers and push bikers amongst us this beautiful house is nearly 300 years old and oozes comfort and charm. Peacefully located in the village of Low Hawsker, it is a perfect base from which to enjoy the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors and coast This deceptively spacious house provides 3 double bedrooms on the first floor. One is en suite with bath and hair wash attachment, wash hand basin and wc. One with wash hand basin and toilet. The third room has a Jack n Jill bathroom including wash hand basin separate shower cubicle and bath. With wc enclosed separately. A travel cot is available and will fit into any of the bedrooms. The 2nd floor had a small lounge area with a 32 inch tv with Netflix DVD player and selection of dvds. It has a two seater settee and childrens books and games. And for the adults a good selection of books 📚 On the ground floor you’ll find a beautiful large lounge with two big comfy settees and a winged back leather chair to relax in. It has a 42 inch colour tv with net flix and free view. Please note live TV cannot be assessed from this part from the free view channel. The dining room boasts a beautiful Ercol dining suite seating 6 persons and an original inglenook fireplace. The full size kitchen has a pine table and 4 chairs. Full size range cooker with 2 ovens, fridge freezer, microwave, filter coffeemachinetoaster and kettle A high chair is under the stairs for our toddler guests. The utility room has a wc and butlers sink. This room also houses the combo gas boiler and washing machine. Plenty of room also for those coats and shoes. All the windows to THE HALL face a lovely garden with several patio areas to enjoy outdoor time. There’s also a cosy summer house where you will find comfy chairs and snuggly throws for those cooler times in the day. Also a hammock to put up between the two apple trees. The lockable summer house can be used as bike storage There is plenty of room for your doggies 🐶 to play and be safe. Please pick up after your pets and deposit in green wheelie bin on side of house. Bins are emptied in rotation. General waste one week. The next week recyclable waste. A retractable washing line is attached to the fence near the brown shed and hooks onto the apple tree 🌳 For safety’s sake please rewind after use.
