Limpio y con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, excelente lugar. Solo que tiene vecinos con perros ruidosos y me pareció un poco costoso (100 mxn) el costo de uso de lavadora. Todo lo demás excelente y sin problema 10/10

He is very nice and he made us feel comfortable at the place we stayed at. It is very quiet and he is relaxed. I would want to come back and stay there next time I visit Monterrey.
