Relax at this peaceful, private suite with a hot tub. Over 800 sq. ft. of living area including 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, full bath including large shower with jets. In April 2023 we added a kitchenette with sink, fridge microwave, toaster. We don’t have a stove inside, but you have access to an outdoor gas grill. Property backs onto the Buffalo River so you can enjoy a walk along the river’s edge. Also included is the use of the fire pit, patio furniture and hot tub weather permitting. The Property is a 10 acre hobby farm that occasionally has chickens, cows and horses in the pasture . We also have a dog and 2 cats. It backs onto the Buffalo river and is close to 2 small towns with several restaurants , grocery stores and golf clubs. The property has 2 horse pastures with electric fencing, but it is only live during the summer months when we have horses here. The horses are boarded and the owners have asked that the guests do not feed or touch the horses. The Buffalo River is in the back by the tree line. There is a Fire pit, with table and chairs overlooking the river. There is a path along the river that you can enjoy all 4 seasons. You can see several bird species during migration as well as fox, deer and otters.

It was worth the price. That said, it should have been public that you’re staying in part of their house. They have separated it. But still something to know. No stove. The water and grill a walk across a large field. Hot tub is not right next to the house but across a parking lot. But hot tub was very nice. Sonja was great. Price was fair. Pictures were just a bit deceptive for what you’re getting. You walk into a tiny hallway with a tv and a love seat. Then go down a long hall. On the right and left immediately there are large bedrooms. Then you continue down the hall to a bunch of signs on the right that say private (because that’s there house) left side has a 2 seat tiny table a microwave, sink, and small fridge. Then the next door you have a bathroom
My sister and i stayed to attend the annual 100 mile garage sales. It was a beautiful spot to spend the night. The decor and the layout of the place was like looking at a magazine...just awesome. Really enjoyed the peacefulness. The beds and pillows were so comfy, we slept so well. The hot tub was icing on the cake after a day of being outdoors! Would highly recommend!
