Pool was great, bathrooms were nice, bedrooms were fine. One bed frame was very squeaky in back bedroom in front of house. TV was very nice. Could be a bit more transparent that second bathroom is in an enclosure outside of house. Bedrooms could use mirrors. Overall very comfortable house.

This was a gorgeous home, in a beautiful setting, with great views. Stunning and comfortable; I would definitely stay again in the future! We had an amazing time in the pool, hot tub, and the beach. From check-in, to check out, the host went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. She was kind, thoughtful, helpful, and communicative. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Amelia Island! What a pretty, friendly, unpretentious place. We walked to the town center (about half an hour by foot), played tennis on the public courts, walked on the beach which was minutes away. You could even see the ocean from the house. Our host was great. When we messaged our arrival time she turned on the hot tub so it would be warm when we got there. Every time I had a question someone got back to me right away. There was a book in the house full of suggestions and instructions. The kitchen was well supplied and there were condiments and spices. A new smart TV so most channels available. What a contrast with our previous Airbnb where the kitchen was bare, there weren't even dishtowels, tons of things were broken, the TVs were 15 years old and the hosts took days to reply. My only regrets: we couldn't stay longer and it wasn't a bit warmer and less windy. I might add some standing or table lamps to the living room for reading and atmosphere.

Beautiful location, across the street from the beach so had partial ocean views from the living room, kitchen and some bedrooms. And pretty much a straight shot down the main street to get to the charming historic area. Ashley and Jan were wonderful communicators - always available and responded in timely manner and always friendly and approachable. There was an issue when we arrived but I reached out and Ashley resolved it right away - a really important quality to have as a host. The place has a very pleasant light airy beachy feel to it. We had a lovely time and would definitely rebook there and with them. Thank you, Ashley and Jan!
