The place is situated in a good location, close to the supermarkets, restaurants and shops. I will definitely book this place again when I am in Phoenix area.

Nothing but positive things to say about my stay here! Amedeo is a top-notch, uber-gracious host and an even more awesome human being. I stayed here during the process of relocating to Phoenix, and he shared so many insights about how the city is organized, things to do, recent history of the Phoenix area, etc. The room is clean and comfortable as are the shared spaces, and the location is excellent with easy access to local activities and also to the freeways that take you anywhere you want to go in AZ. 5/5 star experience, and I’d give more stars if I could.
