Our cozy condo boasts an open floor plan, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Build memories gathering around the bar where your family will plan your adventures and recall daily highlights while prepping for dinner. The 65" TV sitting atop an inviting fireplace requires at least 1 family movie night per stay. We provide cable and wi-fi access in every room. You will love sipping your morning coffee on the patio just above the tees to the 16th hole of the Holiday Hills golf course. At the end of the day, retire to your spacious primary bedroom equipped with a Queen bed and walk-in tile shower. Entry: This garden-level condo is a walk-down unit and is surrounded by a rare and secluded front, side, and back yard. You can feel safe while your kids run around the outside of the unit. And you can soak up the morning sun in private while relaxing in front. Entry is keyless and easy as you will have your own unique entry code. Primary Bedroom: The spacious primary bedroom includes a queen bed, wall-mounted 50" TV, a dresser for storage, nightstands, and access to the backyard patio. The windows provide scenic views of the golf course, while the tub allows for a peaceful transition to bedtime. Or if you prefer, the walk-in shower tile shower provides great acoustics for advancing your singing career (our 5 year-old can confirm this). **Please note that due to the size of the tub, the 50-gallon water heater does not completely fill the tub with hot water. We have personally enjoyed the tub as is, but improving tub capacity is a top priority that we are currently addressing** Secondary Bedroom: The secondary bedroom includes an upholstered Queen bed, a nightstand, rocking chair, plenty of space, and a 43" TV. The decor is centered around a birding theme. This bedroom also includes an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower and private sink. Dining Nook: We love having meals here as the condo's contours create an intimate feeling evoking conversation. We hope you and your family can create lasting memories here. Kitchen Bar: For additional eating space and the same inviting atmosphere, gather around the kitchen bar with your loved ones. The counter height bar stools are our kids favorite places to eat, likely due to their centralized location. THIS is where memorable conversation happens. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, glassware, cooking essentials, a crockpot, blender, etc. As parents of young kids, we also included kid friendly cups and dishware. We supply a variety coffee pods, sweetener, creamers, and ground coffee, but feel free to bring your favorites to enhance your morning enjoyment. Living Room: You'll have some nice seating options in this spacious living room. Choose the rocker when you need to get that baby to sleep. Curl up with your sweetheart on the chaise for a snuggly evening. Or stake out the center of the couch to get the perfect immersive experience viewing the 65" TV complete with fireplace for ambiance and sound system for the hard of hearing. Back patio: The back patio provides amazing views of the golf course and excellent access to the course trails once golfing activity dies down in the evening. Situated steps away from the 16th tee, you'll get plenty of people watching as golfers pass through Holiday Hills' premier par 3.
