I stayed in this place for two weeks with my partner and we were very disappointed with this place. The communication with the host, who does not answer you despite several reminders. Several problems encountered in this room... That it is at the level of water, the air conditioning which does not function, the household and replenishment of bath towel neglected, as well as the best to finish, the connection wifi and the TV which functioned only 1 day at the time of our arrival, and, appeared as by magic, the last evening of our stay. I do not find this normal especially since the descriptions do not correspond to those expected. Not coming from France, it was very complicated for us to find the network / the connexion. Really to flee! We also noticed that this problem was not only for us, other people on the spot, also met these same problems. The pass of the room which also, at your arrival, does not work. Long wait after a long trip! I usually never leave a long comment, but for the time, this one was worth it! I should point out that this place is a mixture of hotel and campus and that when we tried to communicate with the reception, nobody knew what to answer. They tell you that it is the owner of the hotel who rents this room, but several clues in the room indicate that this person is probably a student of the campus who rents it during vacations. Apart from that, the view from the balcony was great.

This was a beautiful place with new accommodations. Bed was comfortable and having in an room kitchenette helped save money while traveling. Communication was minimal, and although it is listed as a serviced hotel it definitely is not. My room did not come with a trash can, soap to clean dishes, cooking accessories, or more than one towel per person the whole week. I also kept putting my sign on my door for cleaning which never occurred. Good value and location - just make sure you know what you are getting into. Overall I would recommend if you don’t mind the above services lacking.

Un endroit très agréable, un personnel hyper accueillant et chaleureux. A votre disposition si il y a le moindre problème. Je recommande cette endroit à 100%. C’est vraiment rare de trouver des endroits comme celui-là sur Paris et sa banlieue. N’hésitez vraiment pas. Une propreté irréprochable vraiment rien à dire. A très bientôt !
