Very clean and beautifully kept house and yard. Lots of space to have fun together or to retreat to your own room for some alone time. Kitchen has everything you could want, furniture and beds super comfortable. Perfect for a ladies weekend! Ashley sent us a welcome message right after we arrived, and quickly responded to questions. Definitely highly recommend.

I’ve rented Ashley’s home twice and was delighted each time. Most recently was for a family Thanksgiving gathering. The plentiful bedrooms and bathrooms allowed each family to be comfortable. The kitchen and other gathering space was perfect for our group to relax and celebrate together. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped. The setting along the river couldn’t be more lovely!

The 16 women of my family loved our stay at Ashley’s place! The house is so beautiful and comfortable. Our ages range from 25-83 and the accommodations suited all of our needs. Ashley was so kind and responsive to our questions and requests. She has a very detailed book that contains super helpful information. The location is a block walk to a gift shop, coffee shop, restaurant and bar. The river view is awesome! The large kitchen was a dream for us. We spent a lot of time together cooking and chatting. We loved our stay so much that we have already booked for the same time next year! Our yearly family event has new meaning now that we have found this amazing place!

From property description; I remember 1 king bed, 6 queen beds and 1 room with bunk and double. 5 bedrooms were acceptable size and nicely decorated. Two other rooms with full-size beds were uncomfortably small. Last bedroom with bunk was alright. None of the bedrooms came with attached bathrooms. Standing showers in two upstairs hallways were not comfortable. On the positive side, we loved the Dinning room, sitting area, front porch, and kitchen space. Kitchen was nicely decorated with plenty of cookware, dinnerware, spices, oils, coffees and teas that you’d need to be comfortable. The host was always available and responsive anytime we had questions. Regardless of some of the shortcomings due our group size, I would still recommend this place for larger groups. The gas station with a convenient store was walking distance and was open last for us to purchase groceries we needed. Ice cream shop & coffee shop plus the hotel w/live music over weekend was just a few blocks away.
