We had the most amazing 5 night stay, the house and location are so much better in real life than the photos show. The house is beautifully designed with an outdoor cooking area sheltered from the wind, as well as a conventional kitchen inside. For 2 of us it was the perfect size. The wood stove provides heat for inside and the bed is super comfortable. The views from the house from the balcony are just wonderful, perfect for watching incredible sunrises and sunsets, moonrises and Patagonian clouds. We had a 4x4 car and found the driveway no problem. The house is down a gravel road so it feels secluded and private but is also close to town where there are food shops and some restaurants and is perfectly situated for exploring Cerro Castillo national park. Honestly this is my favourite Airbnb I have ever stayed in - if you love nature, wilderness, cooking over fires and watching the sunrise don’t hesitate just book it now!!

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. So much so we extended our stay to 6 nights. The views are endless and a photographer’s delight. Sunrise and sunset were absolutely dramatic. We were fly fishing in the many surrounding lakes so it was perfectly positioned. We purchased freshly baked bread from the neighbours which was super delicious. We arranged a time to pick it up and it was still hot from the oven. Yum. The living area is compact and we moved the tables to make it work well for us. Brilliant. The bedroom - very comfortable and the shower hot. The fire made the place cosy and the firewood unlimited. Great outside barbecue protected from the wind and weather. Some have commented that the road to the house is steep but we didn’t find this to be a problem at all. With the owner’s detailed directions the property was easy to find and access. In previous summers we have stayed at other rentals in this area and this property is the best for 2 people.

The place is great for magnificent view and privacy. The road in is in dire need of grading. Must use 4wd in and out. I would have given all 5 except for the entry barn door is extremely difficult to use. we only used it one time and used walkway around front instead. wifi was excellent. lackof drinking water makes it very difficult to wash products before use. this could easily be fixed with water system. never did figure out tv. need written instructions. best view we had during our trip so far. very limited working space for preparing meals. fireplace heater a big plus, so was outside bbq. used them both. I would return only if they improved the water issue.

This is a place with breathtaking mountain views and totally peaceful. You see llamas outside in the field, sheep and a few cows too. Make sure to download both the instructions and the map before (your/my) mobile phone signal is lost. However, once inside you have access to good WiFi and Internet. The drive up the last 200m from the road is challenging but worth it. Being so high up there can be a strong chill wind but the building is on the lee side of the hill and hence you feel protected from the wind even outside. Enjoy your time here, we did.

Bonito entorno y todo lo necesario para pasar unos días tranquilamente. Sebastian muy atento y receptivo a preguntas. Internet funciona muy bien, y pude tener un par de llamados con video y sin interurrupciones en conexión. Un poco pequeño para grupos más grandes, pero muy funcional para 2-3 personas. Recomendado.
