OMG.... This place is absolutely amazing!!! Raymond was so helpful from the start. The location was very private and very peaceful, Close to shops, pub etc We will definitely return!!!

Definitely a luxury shepherd's hurt. We were very well looked after by Ray and the hot tub was a nice touch. Close to Killerton House, Exeter and the sea. All worth a visit.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ray’s shepherd’s hut. We stayed three nights and the place was immaculate. The hot tub was a bonus and the hut itself had everything you could need. A nice and easy walk into the town of cullompton where we had a lovely curry and played some pool in the local pubs. I would 100% stay here again!

In summary, the Brook Hut was amazing and we will be definitely be returning for another stay. Strongly recommend it to my friends and all. Ray was a perfect host. As soon as we booked our stay he reached out and gave us recommendations for things to do in the area, including beautiful beaches and cozy pubs to visit. He was very quick and responsive on Airbnb and gave us clear directions on how to get there with helpful pictures included. He was also flexible with check in times. When we arrived the place was more than we could have expected. Very cozy and comfortable, with some lovely outdoor seating looking over the gorgeous scenery. Ray had very nicely heated up the hot tub for us as well before our arrival. The kitchen in the Brook Hut is great, we comfortably cooked breakfast everyday. It also comes with a barbecue which was amazing on a sunny day. It is surrounded by public bridleways for long beautiful walks. It is also driving distance from some lovely beaches. 11/10 holiday.
