what a perfect place to spend nestled in the trees. easy to get to, close to town. light a fire, curl up with a book, relax in the hot tub. the this place checked all the boxes for us. loved our time there.

The Treehouse, a house amidst the trees, is surrounded by a expansive private forest with a flowing creek accompaniment...and it has enough windows to show it off! It is very cozy with extras like peaked roofs, grand stone wood-burning fireplace, and ample wooden deck. Cierra is hands off but leaves breadcrumbs of instructions to ease the way so one can pretend they live there full-time. The well-equipped kitchen and entertainment system also supports this fantasy. We had a wonderful stay! The place was stocked with everything we needed. It was in great condition for a dog friendly place. The backyard creek, nature, and trails are so beautiful. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and bathroom. The shower view was unreal! Lovely tea selection, books that were interesting to read. S’mores, and a working fireplace! Something that was my fault for not reading closely before booking is that there is one bed in the main house, and the other two beds are in a separate shed-like structure. To use the bathroom at night you will have to walk to the main house. It wasn’t an issue, it was just something that we didn’t realize (again our fault for not reading!).

I booked this place for my husband and a few friends to have a weekend to simply just play Dungeons and Dragons together without little kids at their feet. They had an amazing time, and I was getting texts the entire time telling me how great the place was (also the view!). it was nice for them to be able to take breaks to hangout in the hot tub, barbecue some food, watch a movie on the projector, and find their inner child by playing in the creek. My husband came home saying he would love to go back up for a quick family trip, so we’ll definitely be looking to book again. Also, a great touch, was that D&D requires a full set of dice per player, and one of the guys forgot his, but luckily this cabin came with an entire set ready to go! Really saved the day! Note - if your group doesn’t want to share beds, they had one person use the couch (which he said was just fine) and they brought an air mattress, so all 5 guys slept comfortably! ‘10/10 would adventure here again’ - my husband
