Everything was perfect - close to all Asheville has to offer. Cute little neighborhood on the West side. We walked both mornings to look at all the cute little houses and landscaping. Felt safe and comfortable!

Ruth's place was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and cute. We traveled with our 2 daughters, and the day bed, with the trundle bed was perfect for them and the main bed i think was a full or queen. All the beds and linens were comfortable, the large bed was firmer, and my husband really appreciated that. There were lots of extra pillows and blankets as well. We didn't really use the kitchen much, but it looked like there was everything you would need to cook. The living area, was a small sectional (not a large one) and chair, but we didn't come to Asheville to stay indoors. We appreciated the heater for the shower. Our stay was quiet and we didn't hear any noises from upstairs like others have noted. We didn't bring our dogs, but this place would be perfect to bring them and Ruth had a list of dog friendly restaurants for the area. Ruth also mailed us some things we accidentally left too! 10/10 !!

Ruth’s place is amazing! Easy to find and close to everything! Tucked away in the cool neighborhood of west Asheville we couldn’t have asked for more! Ruth is a great host and hope to stay there again!

Ruth's place was thoughtfully equipped, in such a convenient location, and was exceptionally clean. Ruth was very proactive in providing check-in instructions and was responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend her place!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay here. The bedroom was a little crowded with all of us but we didn’t mind. It was in a great neighborhood! Close to restaurants and shops on Haywood. Some restaurants were close enough to walk to but everything could be reached on a bike. New Belgium and the River Arts District were nearby and we loved that as well. Great place to stay in Asheville! Would stay here again
