Loved the place. Vacasa as the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Place was clean and well maintained. Appliances were in good condition. Loved the outside deck/patio where we had our daily breakfast. Vacasa provided us with good directions prior to us arriving with the lock code, wifi password etc. OBX is an awesome place and this place in Avon is located outside the busiest part of the OBX and well within driving distance of all key places. My car had a flat and fortunately the gas station was only a block away and the tirev repair only a few miles from the location.

Great, quaint little house; perfect for our family of four. We were looking for something close to the beach, affordable, clean and ‘homey’…this fit the bill perfectly. We will rent again for sure!

Nice place- everything was as expected and good except many dishes in the kitchen were dirty- even ones in the cabinets
