We have stayed with Ryan before and he is a great host. This was our first time at this property and it was perfect. Comfortable and clean. Just right for a couple visiting our daughter.

From the photo of the Fonz above the front door, to the coffee and snacks on the counter, Ryan has thought of everything to make this a wonderful place to stay when visiting UVA. It's roomy and cozy at the same time. Great shower and comfy bed. Close enough to the university to make getting surround easy but nice and quiet. Ryan is super responsive and a great host. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Lovely, lovely getaway. Everything was new and decorated beautifully. The king sized mattress was ultra comfortable as was his leather couch in the living room. One thing I always miss are sharp knives. Ryan provided the best - a brand that he uses himself. Overall, our experience was wonderful and I would refer him to friends and family with confidence.

Beautiful, well- built and well-appointed house - almost like a Restoration Hardware showroom (really) - I’d like to keep it all to myself. So enjoy Ryan & Elizabeth’s future AirBnB’rs!!!
