Great place
For our first stay in an Airbnb, this was a great experience! The space was great -it was clean, had everything we needed for our short stay and probably best of all, it was quiet! Our hosts were great as well. I especially appreciated their binder with recommendations and instructions. It was very helpful!

Located in a working class neighborhood right off of 11E, this home is located close to JCMC, Franklin woods, and all of the medical office in the Med Tech Parkway. You can be in downtown JC in 7 minutes, Kingsport in 30 minutes, Bristol in 45 minutes, Elizabethton in 25 minutes, and Greeneville in 35 minutes.
You have two dedicated parking spots right in front of the home's door. There are two separate entrances to the street this apartment lives on, so there is plenty of access in and out!
