The house was big. Corner lot, with a very nice backyard, even though we didn’t use it. Plenty of room inside w/ plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable. everything was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were set up with plenty of little extras. We will definitely stay here again. It was absolutely worth every penny.

This was the second year I have rented this house for an LSU reunion. Obviously, I liked it the first time. The house was again immaculate, perfect for our use and in excellent condition. Malcolm makes it marvelous!

Malcom was a super friendly and gracious host. His place had everything we need and was extremely comfortable for three adults and two teenagers. Not fancy, but spacious with nice extras like night lights, snacks and blackout curtains. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious, with a cooktop, double oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We cooked dinner for five several nights and had everything we needed.

This was our second time staying here. Lots of space, very clean, nice neighborhood, and great value. Sprouts grocery is very close, so picking up groceries is quick and convenient. When we messaged Malcolm that we were missing a couple of basic kitchen items--a sponge and dish towel, which the cleaning person evidently forgot to put out--Malcolm dropped them by in minutes.
