Lovely property inside on a very modern estate extremely close to Trumpington Park and Ride. The location was really convenient and one car could park in the garage. (Make sure you pay on Ringo if parking extra cars for more than 18 hours at the park and ride). There is a local nature reserve next to the estate which is very peaceful. Inside the house itself, it was very quiet and comfortable. We were a group of three couples spending a weekend visiting Cambridge. We appreciated having three toilets plus an office on the top floor for anyone who can’t escape from work completely. We also liked the patio for breakfast in the sun and the lantern roof. The blinds don’t cut out all the light from the street lamps at night or sun in the morning. I would consider taking an eye mask if you like it dark for sleeping. I took a flat baking tray for heating up croissants for 6 after reading a previous review. There are smaller deeper baking trays, so I probably could have used two of those.

Great little apartment. The private parking is a garage which will fit a car however if your driving a van (mine is a VW Transporter LWB) you may struggle to get in the garage. This does not take anything away from this spotless apartment. Just a 7 min drive form Addenbrookes Hospital. Fantastic property.
