Super great experience to stay at Rick’s place Great location that at the middle of west and south beaches. Close to all kinds of facilities in 10-15 mins. Beautiful view that can view from the balcony, and the community has pool, chairs to lay down and watch the sea, enjoy the sunshine Interior is perfect, spotless clean, you could get all you need for the stay, also Rick provided beach chairs, all kinds of beach things

I can't recommend Rick's condo enough! It truly is different. The view from the lanai is spectacular. The bay is full of whales and turtles. We spent hours watching the whales and they often put on quite a show. There are so many amenities. Anything you could possibly need or want. The welcome snacks and drinks were unexpected, but appreciated. Rick gave use all kinds of usefully information about the property and surrounding area. We appreciated all of his tips. He was very attentive and checked in with emails frequently to see if we needed anything. The condo has recently been remodeled and is pretty impressive. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect! I will definitely come back here and want to recommend to my friends. This place is much more convenient and beautiful than any other 5-star hotel! Rick is so kind and prepared so many things for us. I was deeply impressed. Mahalo! 빈 날짜 보이면 무조건 예약하세요 진짜 최고 좋아요 ㅠㅠ 뷰도 끝내주고 없는거 없이 다있어요! 세탁기, 건조기 있어서 편리하고 바다보면서 수영도 할수 있습니다 ㅎㅎ 주인분 너무 친절하시고 과자부터 술까지 준비 엄청 해놓으셔서 부족한 것 없이 행복하게 지냈습니다 :)

First WOW!! Loved this place. I was a little hesitant to stay here due to the lack of reviews. I’ve rented over the years but this place was over the top with quality. The details in this place was like a five star accommodation. So comfortable after a long flight the bedding, bathroom robes, slippers, and the extra amenities that were offered. The morning view with sparkling waters out front was amazing. Then I couldn’t believe it you could see whales from the living room. Plus every afternoon there where turtles so many. I thought it was turtle town. Everything in this condo was super nice. Nothing cheap, quality linens, beautiful dishes, and a bidet!! It’s all new and is so enjoyable, felt bad leaving the place and not enjoying it more. Like the ad this place is different! Well worth what you pay for. Thanks Rick for being so considerate and accommodating. Ed.
