Kayumas was amazing. The room was clean and the resort had great facilities. When there was an issue, the staff were quick to resolve it. Thank you so much for the memorable stay. We will definitely return!

We spent our last night in Bali at this hotel, and I have to say, the service blew us away! Every staff member, from those at the restaurant (you walk through it to get to the rooms) to the people cleaning the rooms and the hallways, stopped, smiled and said hello. It's the small things like that that we found were so so lovely. All staff members seemed genuinely happy to be there working, which was incredibly endearing. We found all of the places we stayed in Bali so welcoming, but this hotel went above and beyond - as it was so natural and genuine. The room was perfect - and very spacious with a large upper floor to chill and a beautiful private pool to cool us down. The breakfast was incredible, and again I have to say it was the best we had during our trip. The pastries deserve a special shoutout...they were perfect, hats off to their pastry chefs. All round, highly recommended, in the perfect location all at a great price.
