Green Coast is located on one of the most beautiful parts of the Albanian Riviera. Rents-A-View is a 2 bedroom apartment located on the upper part of the resort giving its guests an amazing sea view from both the balcony and garden as well as mountain view from its garden. Residents and visitors have an easy access to all facilities located on the Promenade. The apartment includes 1 double bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 small double beds, open plan kitchen, dinner and living room, hallway, bathroom, balcony and garden. An extra foldable bed is stored on the property to provide an extra sleeping space. The corner sofa in the living room is also large and comfortable with removable back pillows so it can easily be turned into a sleeping space, providing more space for you to share with friends and family. A travel cot is also stored on the master bedroom for families with infants to use. Both bedrooms are equipped with all the necessary things you might need for your stay such as bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobes, shelves, duvets, blankets, extra pillows, ironing table, steam iron etc. Kitchen includes everything you might need to cook and enjoy during your stay such as pans, pots, baking trays, coffee cups, water glasses, wine glasses, shots glasses, plates, bowls, salad bowls, kettle, toaster, built in grill and microwave, fridge, cooker, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, cooking knives and chopping board, serving tray, coffee machine, blender, washing up liquid and sponge etc. You will also find a high chair and wheel walker for your little ones to use during your stay. Bathroom includes shampoos, soap, hair drier, hoover, mop, toilet paper, washing machine, washing powder and fabric conditioner, dust pan and brush, dust feather, clothes drying rack etc. In the balcony you will have a table and chairs to enjoy a drink or food with breath-taking sea views, sunrises and sunsets. In the garden you’ll have the luxury of a BBQ grill to enjoy some delicious food with both sea views and mountain views. The apartment is located near the main stairs of the resort that will quickly take you all the way down to the beachfront and Promenade. You can also use the buggy service provided from the Resort to get around quicker. The resort itself includes a well known Albanian SPA-Bamboo, a few beach bars such as The Bohemian, Calme, Sambas and the most famous one in the area-Nazar. It also includes Olive Restaurant, Spar supermarket and a Cigars and Wine store. Many more are under construction to open soon. Reception is open 24/7 for any extra information you might need.
