Castles, distilleries, lochs & mountains! Come and enjoy Highland Perthshire from our centrally located, 1740 former Drover’s Inn in Crieff. Just one cosy, spacious room available with super king-size or twin beds, en-suite wet room & private sitting/ breakfast room. Extra single bed available. On street parking. Active or relaxed breaks: guided wildlife safaris, historic tours & complementary therapies all available from the house. Cafés, restaurants & shops a 5 minute walk away. Easy access, own door. All accommodation: bedroom, en-suite and sitting room are all on one level, across the main hallway from each other. The accommodation is in the front part of an historic cottage. Owners will require access via the hallway to upstairs but otherwise all accommodation offered is private. Whilst located on a street in the town, the walls of the property are very thick, with double glazed windows and cosy curtains. The bedroom is spacious, furnished with super king size or twin beds ( layout as per guests’ request), bedside tables, ample shelving and wardrobe with full length mirrors. The private, en-suite shower room is a walk in / wet room with shower, sink and loo. The small sitting room where breakfast is taken has an L shaped sofa, TV with Netflix and Prime Video and a selection of books and games to enjoy. Complementary therapies are also available, by appointment, for a really relaxing break!
Wir wurden von Catherine sehr herzlich begrüßt. Es gab jeden Morgen ein tolles Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Cozy room within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Catherine was very gracious and set up a nice breakfast for us!
Central, accessible location in Crieff at the heart of Strathearn. High Street shops, cafes and restaurants all a short walk away. Two supermarkets within easy reach.
Crieff Visitor Centre, Macrosty Park, Lady Mary’s Walk- a beautiful tree lined walk along the River Earn from the door. Crieff is home to the Glenturret Distillery- Scotland’s oldest.
Many country walks easily accessible from the door: the Drovers’ Tryst Walking Festival is held in May each year.
Experience Scots and Gaelic culture through music and theatre productions at Strathearn Arts just at the end of the street. Crieff Highland Games in August.
Fishing, riding, golf, watersports all available within a 3 mile radius.
Gleneagles and Crieff Hydro resorts in close proximity.

Plenty of on and off street parking available. On street is right outside the front door. Accessibility is very good : all on one level.
Public transport links to Stirling and Perth from the same street.
Private driven off road tours: with history/ wildlife/ castles/ distilleries highlights can be arranged from the house.
Great links to Edinburgh Airport, Edinburgh and Glasgow all approx 70 minutes’ drive.
