The house has a wonderful view from the two terraces. It is calm and we enjoyed the steep walk down to the beach though going up is a bit tough. The house has several good size rooms including the bathroom. Unfortunately we cannot recommend it to other guests until it has undergone a thorough clean up (including cupboards) and an overall check. We spent too much time on fixing things in the house and finding out how everything works when we arrived and even had to buy tools to fix problems - a plug that made noise, a door that could not open and cleaning up. The floors did not seem to have been washed and the carpet was so dirty that we had to roll it up. On the first day the electricity went for several hours until we found out how to fix it. We did not get the right key to garbage disposal etc, etc. There was no information in the house on how to use various appliances, how to walk down to village etc. The key holder only spoke Italian and did not know how to fix things. There is no private host and we could not phone Interhome who is responsible for the renting as there is not direct number. It seems to be based abroad and did not respond immediately. When we tried to phone the local host she only spoke Italian and was of no help. Communication was awful. We asked airbnb for a compensation and had several calls from them but until now no positive reply to our reguest. It is so unlike our experiences with private hosts which are often very helpful. I

Nice house, beautiful view and terrasse, total relax, no noises. The shower is not very accessible, especially for old people. I recommend you to access the house from the parking near the La Vigna restaurant, the kitchen is not equipped with oven and washing-machine.
