Certainly a different type of vibe. Giving the inner city atmosphere. So relaxing sitting outside on the balcony listening to traffic and enjoying the fresh breeze from the 4th floor. Nice side view of downtown Austin.

Shirley was a great host! She answered questions quickly and was willing to help with anything. The apartment looked like the pictures, nicely decorated and clean. The bedrooms were small, but the bathrooms and kitchen had plenty of space! The directions for arrival were clear, including a video with directions and photos! We had no trouble getting in or navigating the complex (pool, fitness area, etc). There was not a lot of parking in the lot, but there was a garage, which we used twice. There was an additional fob on the counter that we think might've been to enter the garage when the gate was down, but we never needed to use it. If we'd needed to ask, Shirley would've responded immediately, as she did when we asked for the wifi passcode. The location was good. It was not really walkable, but was easily drivable to SoCo shops and restaurants, downtown, and a couple parks that the runners in our family used daily. We enjoyed our time in this unit in Austin! Thank you!

This is a nice, spacious place to stay if you are visiting Austin. The bedrooms and bathrooms are both of decent size, and the living room / kitchen area is extremely spacious, with a nice little balcony. I didn't get a chance to use the kitchen while there, but noticed it was well-stocked with cooking supplies if you're looking to cook during your visit. The place is south of downtown, but it's walking distance to South Congress and we even walked all the way downtown one night (about 3.5 miles), so I wouldn't worry that you aren't staying in the thick of it. It's a ~8-12 min drive downtown. Shirley is extremely responsive and kind. She always responded immediately, and was very helpful when any issues arose! The only thing to note is accessing the unit takes a bit of patience. You are provided instructions, but they are a tad complicated. The elevator also was not working when I stayed there, but I assume this will be fixed in the future. All around, good place to stay!
