We were told the apartment is on the second floor, when actually it’s the third floor. The ground floor is not counted as the “first floor”. When we arrived the apartment was very hot. The bathrooms and kitchen were old, dirty and in need of renovations. The bathrooms with tubs did not have working shower heads and we had to use a bucket to shower. There were mothballs placed around the apartment and I had to sweep them up due to the irritation. The host didn’t always respond timely to get a gate code. On check out day we had to walk from the back of the estate to the front with our luggage because she didn’t respond on time for a code to let the driver in. This was so frustrating. The host was nice, but for what we paid, the space was disappointing. The space didn’t seem like it was cleaned before we checked in. The estate was quiet and safe. The light was consistent.

Chizurum was always on call if you needed something or there was an issue. It was a bit late but I needed some basic essentials so Chizurium and Austin offered to take me and my sons to a lovely shop which had everything and not too expensive. The Flat is lovely place as I had relatives come to visit. Security is brilliant. I would stay here again when next visiting.
