Location was loud, loud cars in the morning and at night and parties screaming till 5 am. Connor was helpful in getting us our mail back. It’s a pretty good air bnb but there was regular roaches and crickets inside so keep some raid nearby.

Both host were amazing at communicating and helped us out a lot there home was beautiful and very comfortable get right at home , they accommodated with all request and everything just worked out so perfect , will be looking forward on booking a second time .

The duplex is very cute and spacious for the square footage. It was very clean and in order when we arrived. The reservation process was seamless. Conor was very responsive to any questions we had. There wasn’t a rod in one of the closets, and he quickly sent someone out to install one. The AC and fans in the bedrooms worked great, which was a huge gift this last summer. The kitchen has all the basics. One of the best things about the duplex is that it’s really close to the square in downtown Georgetown and the Georgetown recreation center. It was really fun to be so close to town and discover new restaurants and other shops. Thank you Conor!

Conor’s home was great for us - not many 3-bedroom places available in the area for such a long stay (we stayed for a month). Conor was super easy to reach when we had a few questions - he even let us borrow his outdoor chairs. We also mistakenly had something delivered to the (locked) mailbox and he was kind enough to coordinate getting us a key even when he was out if town. Overall a great stay for our family!

If you're headed to Austin and this house is available, jump on it! As a first time ABnB-er, it was beyond my expectations. The place was immaculate and spacious. The community is quiet and minutes from whatever we needed. I will definitely be staying here again when I return.
