Located walking distance to City Park, this home is a great jumping off point for your Denver vacation! Enjoy the urban outdoors, neighborhood restaurants, museums, and more from this location in one of Denver's favorite historic neighborhoods. In the evening, our remodeled backyard offers a beautiful gathering space and a brand new hot tub. The home has easy access from the airport and to the mountains. Absolutely no parties, it is imperative that our guests respect our neighbors! There are two bedrooms on the main level and one secluded bedroom in the basement. There is also a pull out couch in the living room for additional sleepers.

Was smaller than expected. Said it slept 8 people on the listing but house rules said a max of 6 people. That could be an Airbnb problem for not filtering it out. There were bugs, one of the bedrooms was in a dark basement
I enjoyed my stay, the kitchen was great for cooking, nice stove and big fridge. It was nice having the back yard to hang out. Comfy beds. Living room was nice for chillin, watching movies.

Great place to stay. Close to Coors Field and shopping.
Great little duplex close to Wash park. We came for a girl’s birthday night. We had 7 & it was cozy yet pleasant. The hot tub was awesome. Would recommend & would stay again.

1 designated parking spot in the rear. Plenty of street parking. Please note the street signs that say when you cannot park there during street sweeping days.
