Barnett Bungalow, by Kerrville Vacations, is a recently renovated cottage, built in 1930. Just a few blocks from downtown, near restaurants, theaters, shopping, breweries, and parks. Barnett Bungalow offers two king master suites with memory foam mattresses, an open concept kitchen/living/dining and original heart pine floors. Enjoy the spacious front porch or new deck in the backyard, where you'll find a six-person hot tub and a gas grill. And we are dog friendly! This home is an open-concept floorplan with living/kitchen/dining spaces all open to each other. We have a well-stocked kitchen, with cookware, spices, mixing bowls, etc. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, refrigerator (with icemaker), and electric stove. There is a dining table off the kitchen with seating for four. We offer a Keurig coffee maker with starter packs of both decaf and regular coffee; also an electric tea kettle is available. There are two master suites with king beds; one is in the front of the house and the other is located in the back. The first bedroom suite has a vintage clawfoot tub with shower combination, and the other suite has a brand new, large shower. In the living room, there is cable and a smart TV to stream your own content. We have a large backyard, with a brand new deck. There is outdoor seating on the front porch, deck and a six-person hot tub. We have two parking spots in the driveway, as well as on-street parking in front of the home. This neighborhood is in transition...some homes have been beautifully restored and more are being worked on every day. Some homes have not been updated at all. The area is quiet, with a mixture of family homes, churches and other vacation rentals.
