The property was so well cared for. very clean & cosy. Has a slight issue but within an hour the hosts had taken care of it - messaged off & on all weekend to make sure we were comfortable. Made us feel like family. We have nothing but good to say about our hosts & the property! Will be going back again & plan to go to another of their properties. Thank you again Brett & Malarie for EVERYTHING..We pray blessings over you & your properties!!

Brett and Malories place was good for a short quick stay while I was waiting to find a house to rent. The neighbors were nice and quiet, the area was okay but my teenagers didn’t care for it too much. (It’s not in the fanciest neighborhood), but it was all very clean inside and out. Overall, We all loved the house and Brett was very responsive to all my questions or concerns. We would rent from Brett and malorie again!

The Buschman Station Cottage was exactly as advertised and met our expectations. Convenient location to the University of Southern Mississippi. I would certainly recommend and would stay here again very quiet and peaceful.
