The whole unit is appx 500 sqft You are free to leave a vehicle parked up front but a paid parking lot is also close by.

Their neighborhood has: markets, eateries, a soccer / basketball court, playground, skate park, hospital, and church all at a walking distance. It is also walking distance (15 minutes) from the well known area of Circunvalar and a few more minutes of walking will get you Pinares. It's considered a middle income community.
You can easily get around the neighborhood walking. Parking is off the street, in front of the unit.
