We are very close to Orpington station and local bus links.
The town centre which is a brisk 5 minute walk has plenty of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner and recreation opportunities.
There’s a cinema, bowling alley and swimming centre in the walnuts.
Orpington main line train station has fast links into several central london terminals.
We are a 45 minute drive from london Gatwick and 1 hour from Heathrow and Stanstead.
If shopping is your thing there is The Glades in Bromley, Bluewater, near Dartford and Lakeside in Thurrock. And of course the west end in London. All accessible via public transport or car.

There is free and paid street parking available for guests who are driving. For those on public transport Orpington is in zone 6 so we would highly recommend purchasing a travel card.
The buses and trains are frequent and easy to navigate.
If you’re staying prior to hospital admission there is a bus that collects from The Maxwell and drops of in the PRUH car park. Also we are a 10 minute drive from Chelsfield park hospital where there is plenty of parking.
