The stay at Jason's space was wonderful. The back yard was large and great to play a game of cornhole and throw the ball around. The location is private and quiet at night. We ended up walking every Moring to the water with a cup of coffee which was amazing that its so close. Annapolis was a quick drive away. The rooms were large and bathrooms were spotless plus the AC was strong. Kitchen had everything we needed but mostly used the grill. A great peaceful place will deff be returning again this summer. This home and the neighborhood were the perfect place to unplug and relax! I brought my bike, and luckily the neighborhood was perfect for leisurely riding and walks. It was also close to cool restaurants and every drive felt like a chill weekend drive. The house gets a lot of natural light, which I love! There's a lot of room for big families, but it was also a perfect size for a solo traveler like me. The bed was SUPER comfy, and I definitely slept in every morning. Jason was really responsive and gave me some good tips about where to go and what to see. I can't wait to go back when the weather is a bit warmer and spend more time in the lovely backyard!

We had a pleasant stay. Jason's hospitality exceeded expectations. He provided an extra rice cooker, foldable bed, and even an additional box of bedroom tissue paper immediately after we requested. Impressively, he promptly arranged for engineers, not once but twice, to completely resolve the odor issue in hot water. Additionally, he offered a complimentary house cleaning during our stay. Highly appreciated!

One of the best experiences I’ve had on Airbnb. The place is clean and comfortable, the area is very safe and the host made our stay completely seamless. We got in late, and used the keypad for self check in. The front door opens to an open kitchen, dining and living area which were spotless and very comfortable. We watched the MLB playoffs on the flatscreen in the living room, used the WiFi to finish up some work and fell asleep with the windows open. We had a wedding in Annapolis and were able to avoid the expensive hotels and escape the crowds by staying just a short drive away. Jason couldn’t have been a better host. Extremely responsive and helpful. 5 stars

Generally very happy and Jason was a very responsible host. There sew a few small things that could be improved. Unlike other Air B&Bs that I stayed at there was almost no coffee available and the front storm door and garden gates kind of rickety. Notably though there was a bonus of water access and paddle boats that we did not expect when we rented
