Sunny Days was a great place to stay with the family. Close to the best beach in Provo, with a nice spacious layout and everything you need. The property was clean and well maintained and the shared pool was great. The only bummer was the construction next door, but it quieted down significantly after the first day. Overall we would highly recommend Sunny Days.

Place was even bigger when we got there and so close to the beach. Quick drive to all the restaurants in Grace bay. Communication with the owners were great. Highly recommend this place.

PROS: (1) The location was great! (2) Size of the villa and layout was perfect. (3) Nice sized pool right out on the patio. (4) Supplied beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys to use. CONS: (1) You share space with three villas. It is luck of the draw who your neighbors are. The last two days of our stay, there was a large group in one villa (around 10). First night they were at the shared pool playing music super loud, hooting and hollering until 4:00 a.m. Second night they were there until 5:00 a.m. I went out the first night and asked them to be quiet. Another neighbor asked the second night. They didn’t care. And you have NO ONE to call. (2) when we arrived, almost all the towels were in the washer or laundry room floor. dryer did not work well. Asked for extra towels and to replace a broken lawn chair. They said they would replace and they did not. (3) Very sparce. No paper towels, dish soap. (4)Many things need repair or replacement

Great location just a short walk to leeward beach! A car is a must for this location as it is far from the grocery and restaurants. The washing machine was broken, the tv remote was missing, and several smaller things were broken. The kitchen is under-supplied if you prepare your own meals.

Great place to stay, anything you need within 8 mins car drive. The beat part of it all was the 2 min walk to breathtaking sunset beach. Great communication with host!
