When getting there, they advised our room was booked already. Luckily they had one remaining room which was different compared to the one we booked. However, this was the only room with the bathroom located outside our room. They said only we had access to it however it was constantly left opened and there was the communal washer/dryer. Therefore, it was not only for our access. The fridge was stocked with a variety of drinks( at your own expense which they don’t mention). We then asked to switched to our original room which they stated would be available for the next day. We then switched and it was very nice and spacious. The reception was extremely nice and the coffee shop is very cute as well. However, when checking out, they wanted us to cash as they didn’t receive the payment on Airbnb. I showed them the payment on my credit card but they kept saying they didn’t receive it and wanted me to pay(didnt end up paying) Overall it is a nice place and spacious but seems unorganized
