Loved staying here. It was the perfect location for visiting my family in Zephyrhills. Very clean inside and out. Once all the doors are locked we felt very safe letting our toddlers roam around the house. Fenced pool solidified that. Very family friendly place for gathering and relaxing inside or out. Quiet at night and the outdoor lighting made relaxing outiside at night while the kids slept inside easy. The smart TVs were great for balancing time in and out for the kids. The fully screened in lanai is amazing too for keeping out the flying insects; no pests found in the house. Overall an easy recommend to anyone looking in the area.

The house offered everything we needed. The snacks and bottles of water provided were a nice benefit. The property was exactly as listed. it was perfect for our family gathering. Jimmy communicated immediately when contacted.

Perfect stay for the holiday. Everything was exactly how it was listed. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved the quiet privacy. We brought two dogs with us and they were able to run and play without fear of getting loose from the property. This is also a great place for elders or persons with specific physical disabilities. We will definitely return.
