Ruth's apartment was a lovely place to stay and matched the description and photos perfectly. Everything was lovely and clean, instructions to get there were spot on. Overall a great place to stay in and I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone thinking of staying here.

The apartment was exactly as expected and did not disappoint. Lovely, clean and had everything we wanted. It was a good base in the middle of Ipswich to explore the area. Ruth was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed to co tact her.

Ruth is a wonderful host, the flat was beautiful, had everything we needed and as described. The location was perfect within walking distance of all amenities we required. The beds were so comfy! We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Ruth and Nick have been lovely hosts. During my long stay they have ensured that I am comfortable and have everything that I need. Any troubles that I have had, they have been quick to fix. The modern apartment is kept very clean, tidy and is provided with all the utensils and amenities I have needed. It is in a lovely location, very central and right next to some nice cafés and shops. Would definitely recommend
