The apartment is very cute, well equipped for longer stays (cooking, laundry, etc) and the views are amazing. The neighborhood felt safe and there were lots of grocery shops and bakeries. The walk to Liberation was very quick and peaceful and the walk down to the old town and water was easy. Mihail and Jairo were both communicative and reached out to discuss travel details and ensure I was having a comfortable stay. The only issue I would note is that the traffic outside is constant and can be loud. I would highly recommend that light sleepers bring good earplugs. Overall I would recommend the bnb to anyone visiting Nice.

We had a great 6 days in Nice. We loved the intriguing apartment with all its books and African influences. Everything you could possibly need was there. Easy walk to the tram. Great transport system. Loved the lift. We felt like it was from an Agatha Christie novel. Great choice

Lovely, bright, clean and well decorated apartment. Excellent bus routes to the centre and nice restaurants and cafes near by. The gorgeous balcony is perfect to sit out on and enjoy the views across the city.

Amazing apartment, where all necessary things worked well. Friendly reception (in person) and a terrace with a grand view. Public traffic very close and convinient. This is our place also next time.
