This beautiful pod offers sleeping for 4, comprising of a fixed kingsize bed and a large double sofa bed. There is a sink with running water, plenty of power sockets, storage areas for clothes, food etc and underfloor heating to keep you toasty warm. You have amazing views from all angles and incredible walking routes on your doorstep. We have a newly built facilities building which has a double kitchen with all utensils provided, microwave, your own personal fridge, wet rooms and toilets. You will be surrounded by hills and trees but also have the luxury of comfortable and warm surroundings with all the modern facilities to enjoy the area in any weather. We are only a small site with 4 huts/pods so there is no overcrowding and each hut is in its own nice space. We can provide you with a firepit/bbq and also have wood & coal on site. At Avona we have a menagerie of animals including Alpacas, Rheas, Wallabies, Meerkats, Peacocks..... We do our best to keep everywhere clean and tidy but as they roam free we recommend that our guests wear farm type footwear when on site.

Very nice place to stay for weekend, kids loved it. The huts had all the facilities one can expect. I stayed in three people hut. Temperature was well controlled. The animals and scenery around provide a calming scenario. The host had an eye to details - like providing teas. coffee and utensils. While I booked with other families, I didnt get to speak to the host myself. I would have loved to have a communication with the host myself, as my booking was as an individual not as a group. Any concerns or appreciations, from the hosts side or mine needed some work :).
