Жильё с видом на море и на горы уходящие в турцию - очень красиво. Кондиционер работает хорошо. Хорошая кухня, в квартире аж три стола. Один из них на большом балконе с хорошим видом где мы завтракали и ужинали. Перейдя дорогу вы сразу попадаете на широкий пляж, так что можно сказать что оно находится на первой линии. Из небольших минусов - это дорога она конечно шумновата. И второй были временные перебои с электричеством пару дней на выходных, когда был наплыв людей. Но это не проблема данной квартиры. Стоит отметить также близость хорошего домашнего ресторанчика с очень вкусной едой и вполне демократичным ценам. Хозяйка была очень отзывчива и всегда была на связи по любым вопросам. Спасибо Нино.

Замечательное жильё, чисто, хорошо оборудовано, есть все необходимое. Хозяйка быстро отвечала на сообщения. До Батуми 20-30мин на такси в зависимости от загруженности дорог.

The apartment is 30 meters from the beach and the balcony has an amazing view of sunset. Very comfortable and clean, everything was exactly as described. Every necessity needed for daily use was provided. Nino was great to communicate with, she responded to the messages within a few minutes and provided support. Great stay, happy with my trip!

This is a newly renovated 3rd story apartment in a building that seems to be undergoing a lot of upgrades. Nino's place is truly modern and lovely inside-- simply and tastefully furnished, and fully stocked with everything you'll need for your time there. There's a full-sized fridge and well-ordered kitchen complete with all the items you'll need to cook and serve a meal. The bathroom is clean and the shower is blessedly free of mold and mildew! There's a washing machine if needed-- the door is tricky to open-- lift up and pull towards you as you open. There's a double bed and a futon-- with still plenty of room for 3 or 4 guests to sleep comfortably without feeling too cramped. You can see the beach from the balcony and it's only a short walk to the rocky seaside where there are chairs and umbrellas to rent (20-lari/day). The beach itself is (mostly) free from litter and wasn't too crowded on any of the days we were there. Other than the beach, Gonio Cross, Gonio Fortress and St. Matt. monument/waterfall are close by attractions and it's a short walk from the "Boulevard"--a wide walking and biking path along the seacoast. There's a small, decently stocked shop below that offers fresh "tone" bread twice a day and has the basics of what you may need, albeit at "tourist" prices. Our only complaints are the constant street noise from below and from the bar across the street which was pretty loud well after midnight on a few nights. Thankfully, it wasn't the case the entire week we were there. Also, water from surrounding air conditioning units above leak and drip down onto the balcony causing a slippery mess-- they need to be routed away from the building-- but that's a minor thing. Finally, parking is limited, there's no "committed" space for this rental. We stayed put right out front but that might be a consideration. We truly enjoyed our time there and added on an extra day since it had been a bit rainy the days before. Nino was a great host and we gladly recommend her place for your time in Gonio.
