This Cottages are spacious and both cover two floors with two large bedrooms each, one main bathroom each along with living and dining space in each property. Cringle Cottage has a ground floor private entrance, a space to leave muddy boots and shoes as well as a coat rack. A staircase leads you straight away to the first floor landing on which you will find the first floor bedroom with a king size bed. A main bathroom with bath and shower facility. Then a living space with large bay window overlooking the high street and market square, a comfortable and spacious lounge, dining area and kitchen. A second flight of stairs takes you to a top floor bedroom with double bed. **There is also a single bed for 1 guest (please note this bed is not made up unless requested for use - we have a surcharge for this extra bed to be used to cover costs of laundry) Please indicate on booking if you require use of three beds in total for your party**. Bracken Cottage has a ground floor private entrance, a space to leave muddy boots and shoes as well as coat hooks. The kitchen diner is modern and comfortable with dining table and small sofa. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with large walk in shower. The staircase at the entrance leads up to a landing space, a large master bedroom with kingsize bed and finally a small double bedroom with small fitted wardrobe, plenty of hanging space and drawers available. Outdoor space is available, there is a shared communal space with garden sofa, garden dining table and benches and patio which is all enclosed and gated.
