Great stay for a weekend get together with old friends. Perfect walking distance from the station and all amenities as listed.

The townhouse offers ample space, but needs a substantial deep clean. Showers were blocked, causing leaks in the living room. The dishwasher and dishes were in appalling condition, and basic cleaning equipment was missing preventing us from from being able to improve the situation. The £2k cost for a two-night stay left us deeply disappointed, as most issues could have been resolved with relative ease. Parking fob and permits were missing on arrival, taken by a previous guest. Though beyond the host's control, it could have been prevented by checking before our arrival. Additionally, someone claiming to be a previous guest unexpectedly showed up at the backdoor while a friend was changing, making us uneasy about property access and safety for the rest of the stay.

Great location, right in the city with its own parking!! Spacious and comfy. Agree with another review that it would benefit from a one off deep clean but would definitely stay again and recommend.

Place needs deep cleaning especially bathrooms and common areas. Major issues with plumbing. Only 1 of 4 bathrooms were fully functional. 2 shower stalls were clogged, another stall did not dispense hot water and 1 toilet was clogged. No hot water in entire house until 11:30 pm on day of arrival. Kitchen lacks basic necessities such as pots.

Great place for large groups like ours. We had a good time hanging out in the basement lounge and dining area. Only at times struggled with very cold water and the heating radiator was shut off in the middle of the night, when we tropical Asians needed it most. Would still choose this place again and highly recommended.
