Cute house in an easy location right off the main roads in Mashpee. All rooms were comfortable and had everything you needed. The house was clean. The backyard was for perfect for hosting dogs, all fenced in, although the gate access to the yard from the front was small for anyone who has bigger dogs that can jump or just height wise. It is a very dog friendly neighborhood. The lake access was great, went over there a few times and walked the neighborhood. And yes, the driveway is on a slope for any one elderly or handicap, and you do have climbs stairs to get to the house.

A very lovely house, comfortable beds, shaded yard with seating plus beach chairs to borrow, and great views, including the flowers all around. Nearby Cape Cod Coffee off Evergreen Circle was a go to breakfast lunch place. In the other direction, Mashpee Commons is a very active retail/restaurant location. We visited Osterville and/or Falmouth to absorb the sense of NE charm. Raw Bar in Falmouth had top tier grilled tuna that melted in my mouth, but also a buttery lobster roll. Note for older visitors: the gravel driveway has quite a slope, then you have to climb two small flights of stairs. Their surfaces are not flat. The back yard is also sloped and uneven.

Very cute cottage, nice homey touches, extremely comfortable beds. The private beach at the pond across the street was wonderful. Kitchen had lots of stuff, plenty of towels, well-srtocked bathroom. Large backyard. Everything set up so nicely for our arrival!
