We loved our stay in London! The host was very accommodating to our needs. The location of this place was great and very easy to get to transportation. Beautiful apartment interior and great views. Absolutely loved this place would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, flat was spotless and very big! Originally unsure about the location due to the other reviews but they should be ignored as they were not accurate at all. Host was great and happy to help. Will definitely be returning!!

The apartment is spacious and matches the general description on Airbnb. There are numerous stains on the sofa and carpets, mirrors were broken and in general it looks a bit tired. The major issue however is that the apartment is in the fourth floor (101 steps) and the elevator, when it worked, only went to the second floor. For our 10 day stay, the elevator only functioned for the first day. Other more minor issues were that it was poorly stocked with supplies such as toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc for a 10 day rental, poor communication for check-in details, and lack of air conditioning. Fortunately it was cool for the majority of our stay but even with temperatures in the mid 20’s it was quite warm in the apartment, with only fans to provide any relief. Road noise is another issue, but after the first few days that didn’t bother us. Overall we would have to say it was a disappointment and we would not stay there again.

The pictures on the listing are clearly several years old. The flat was dingy and needed a deep cleaning. The sofa had several stains, the showers were moldy, the walls were dingy and needed paint. For the price per night, the value was not as expected. However, the flat was spacious. There was no welcome packet with information on nearby restaurants, info on the flat (such as what to do with trash), or other local amenities. The listing showed washer/dryer, but we could not get the dryer function to work, so we had to use a drying rack and fans to dry every article of clothing. The check in process was ridiculous-luckily, housekeeping was there to let us in and give us our key as the keypad outside of the building is difficult to use and the safe inside to retrieve the key did not work. The lift only went to the 2nd floor, meaning we had to walk the further 2 floors with our luggage. I would not stay here again. For the price per night, this place was not worth it.

We loved the close proximity to Victoria Station and the bus depot for our bus tours, including the WB Harry Potter tour. The place was clean, and the heat is working now. I especially enjoyed the heated floors in the master bath. We had a bit of trouble getting the oven to work because it is gas, and we are used to an electric oven. There is a pod coffee maker and a French press. You will need to walk up one flight of stairs with your luggage. Dropping our luggage a few hours before check in was hugely helpful. I used the white noise app on my phone for sleeping b/c there was some road noise. There are a lot of windows, and the ceilings are vaulted. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here.
