Cina es una buena anfitriona, accesible y que responde rápido. No obstante el sitio es algo caro para lo que ofrece en general, comparado con otros apartamentos en la zona. En la cocina faltaron utensilios que tuvimos que solicitar y están publicados como suministrados. Ejemplo cafetera, sal, azúcar, pimienta negra. El fregadero estaba atorado desde que llegamos. Algunos utensilios de cocina estaban viejos y no en las mejores condiciones para cocinar. Encontramos un purificador de agua que lamentablemente no funcionaba Sólo tiene un ventilador de techo que no es suficiente para todo el apartamento, echamos de menos un ventilador portátil. La mosquitera no se adapta bien a la cama y tiene agujeros. Las sillas para comer son pesadas e incómodas. Nuestra estancia fue agradable y Cina es cercana, no obstante pensamos que hay cosas deben mejorar y esperamos que este comentario le ayude con esto.

Cina's place is just as described. It is situated in the peaceful location, less than 10 min walking to the beach. Windows on both sides of the studio let the pleasant breeze going through in hot Mombasa nights .... Kitchen well equipped, bed comfortable with mosquito net ... There is absolutely nothing I could complain about... As I drive my motorbike, there is plenty of parking space on the compound... Cina is always available in case you need something... Very positive experience !!! Asante sana!!!

Cina is such a great person and an amazing host, she really made my stay!! Arranging pickup from the airport meant checkin was super smooth and she even made sure i could stop to pick up some groceries on the way. The apartment is small and cute, has the basics of what you need. The beach is a 10-15 min walk away and some restaurants about 5. The location is super peaceful, she has some cute dogs that might bark at times (great for safety!) but if that's an issue for you keep that in mind. The road outside needs some work (nothing the owner can do though) and i found motorcycle rides more comfortable there than the tuktuks. Of course Cina connected me with a lovely guy for motorcycle rides too and for any issues she was on it straight away. She kept checking in with me throughout my stay and as a solo female traveller that makes suuuuch a difference knowing someone is there to support and advice. Her playful son is another highlight ❤️

What an absolute pleasure to stay at Carey's place. Cina is a sweetheart and made every effort to accommodate me. Her little one is an absolute joy and the place is a must for animal lovers - I got to hang out with pooches,kittens and some friendly crows. Thank you so much.
