We were to stay at this place of Tom’s our first night in Ireland. He messaged us 15 minutes before check in and told us that there was damage to this Airbnb but he’d have us stay at another property of his not far from the original location. I asked for a full refund instead and he obliged. We ending up booking elsewhere. I read his reviews and it appears that this happens often. If this is of no concern to you, great! Since we did not end up staying at this location, I cannot comment on how it was. However, Tom was very responsive and great at communicating with very clear instructions on check in, local amenities, and how to reach the Airbnb.
