Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We were not informed about the havoc caused by the rain, despite having spoken to Sam prior to our arrival. Upon arrival at around 3.30 pm, we were greeted with a wet and dump downstairs area, with water leaking from the upstairs turf into the downstairs bathroom yet the cleaning lady was there. The beds upstairs were not made until well after our arrival, making us feel as if we were not expected. When I raised our concerns with Sam, he initially told us to handle the situation ourselves, but later offered a 50% refund that was never carried out. The listing advertised three bedrooms, but in reality, it's two bedrooms and a massage room. The kitchen cutlery and crockery were in dire need of updating. We did not have any water in the showers. On a positive note, the outdoor Jacuzzi was our highlight. If the property were well-maintained, it could potentially be a nice place for a two-night stay.

Truly amazing, unique place. The outdoor hot jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room make it very special. beyond that, it's just a great getaway spot with lots of games and great cleanliness and comfort. Tucked away on Nairobi's outskirts, but really very close. an amazing find. We will be back!

The place is a really nice weekend getaway- access to board games, relaxing swing and the extra amenities like the stream room are a lovely place. I would recommend it overall!
