Great little place and bonus that it had a lovely outdoor space with a hot tub. Slightly disappointing that on the day of arrival we were informed the showers did not have hot water due to a fault, however we were compensated for this. Would recommend this for a short stay away

The apartment was fine and dirt free. We had issue with hot water in the bathrooms. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, and we could not have hot water in either of the bathrooms. In one bathroom the water pressure was very low. Cherie was good communicating and as she lives next door she did come down to look into the issue and did put on a water pump on but that did not resolve the issue entirely. We had hot water for a sec and another sec it was cold. The hot tub is the limelight of the place.

A perfect relaxing getaway. The accommodation was as described, cosy and comfortable. Hot tub was lovely after a long day spent walking the beautiful countryside. Would recommend visiting Puzzlewood and Cleddon Falls. Probably worth noting that there is building work going on overlooking the hot tub if you plan on using it in the daytime. As we only used it in the late afternoon it was not a problem for us. Cherie was very helpful and quickly resolved an issue with the noisy shower pump. It was also a pleasure to be greeted by her 2 lovely dogs at the gate each morning! There are 2 pubs within minutes walk and served lovely meals. Phone reception is not good in the area so make sure you have taken note of Cherie's directions before you arrive! Would definitely recommend!
