I understand it was a student accommodation and it could get messy sometimes, however, the kitchen was unacceptably dirty and disgusting. There was no cleaning from the day I moved in on 22 July to 30th July morning until I messaged three times to report the situation. The smell of the kitchen spreads across the whole floor. They put me on the basement level (-2 level) It seemed like most students moved out for the summer term and left all the rubbish in the kitchen. The tables and chairs are greasy, the fridges stink with a lot of expired food. The room was okay. As a student accommodation, the room is acceptable. I just wish they could do something with the clogged drainage. They never drain the water, and after a few uses, you will find stains all over the floor of the shower. My friend booked the same accommodation through Booking .com, he was put on the 4th floor, an ensuite room with a stove in his room which I didn't have. We paid very similar priced. amazing gym though.

It's a great place for short-term student visits, especially those visiting one of the institutes in the Norwich Research Park or the UEA. Centrally located with great bus connections. Modern space with a lot of lovely facilities.

Great location right next to the bus station which was useful for me and a very short walk into the city centre. The room was very spacious and a good ensuite. The only drawback was that my room was on the bottom floor looking into the courtyard and it was extremely dark and I had to have the light on any time I was in my room during the day. This did not match the pictures which shows the bright rooms with good views. Very friendly staff on reception and good facilities with a sunny roof terrace and gym. It was very expensive, costing over double what I pay in rent for my city centre flat at University but whilst I was down in Norwich for placement it was good accommodation to stay in.

My stay was easy, very close to almost everything, bus station is just outside the door. Although not all amenities mentioned were available.
