The perfect place for this price!! The whole building was dedicated to tourist renting and the locks are digital for extra safety. Everything is neat and clean, it has Everything you need. its in center of milan and a block away from cardona metro station. Best choice ever.

Monolocale piccolo ma dotato di tutto il necessario. Vicino alla metro e alla stazione treni di Cadorna. Soffitto in bagno particolarmente basso. Consiglio per soggiorni brevi

I stayed in this apartment for 4 days on a work trip. The location is excellent, close to a good train connection and walkable to the centre of Milan in 20 minutes. The street felt safe for me as a solo female even at midnight. The apartment was clean and functional and the hot water worked well. On the less good side was the noise - bring ear plugs to sleep. There is no sound insulation from neighbouring apartments, the central elevator makes a terrible noise and the boiler/heater in the room are very loud at night. I did manage to get to sleep but not until after midnight each night.

Italianway required me to sign an 8 page lease agreement (that saids I approve conditions of the apartment) before I was given the key code to the apartment. For a one night stay that seems really unreasonable. Especially since I have no way of knowing the conditions of the apartment matched the pictures, and thus would be liable if anything that was wrong with the apartment at the time of check-in. I told them I was not comfortable signing - and of course it's non refundable which I understand. But they also charged the cleaning fee (when I did not check-in). Overall I'm just disappointed. I had to find a hotel instead when they finally got back to me at 10pm.
